Hi, hopefully there are still some people out there visiting the website! I hope you don't all think it's dead!! My host accidentally set up domain to expired so the website was down until the problem was pointed out to me and I got them to correct it. Anyway, the website isn't going anywhere for at least another year!!!

While I've been away I've made two new wallpapers. The first one is of Fernando Alonso (surprise, surprise) When I saw a couple of the images from Canada I just knew that I had to make a wallpaper of them! I'd previously downloaded the gorgeous textures and knew that I wanted to use them and here is the result! Some of the lyrics from "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen seemed appropriate as well.

The second wallpaper I made is another Gossip Girl art. This time of Blair on her own. Again I saw the image and just had to use it for something.

So, I said I was hoping to make a new Fernando Alonso wallpaper sometime soon and I managed to do it at the weekend!! When I saw the Viceroy photoshoot images of Alonso I knew that I had to make a wallpaper with them because they're (obviously) totally different to the standard Grand Prix weekend images. I don't know how many of you have seen the original image, but I'm totally in love with how the colouring came out! The original was quite brown compared to how the wallpaper looks. Hopefully you all like it as much as I do!!

I seem to have managed to have a productive weekend!! And this with the lovely weather we've had and the F1 being on the TV.

I had intended to make a Fernando Alonso wallpaper, but after watching episode 1x15 of Gossip Girl I couldn't control myself trying to find pictures of Matthew Settle (Rufus) and when I stumbled across an amazing picture I couldn't resist using it and this is the result:

When Tina asked for a wallpaper using that wonderful image but without a border who was I to resist!! I made a colour and a black&white version because I wasn't sure which I prefered when I was making it; since then I've decided my favourite is the colour, but I've decided to post them both!!

I hope you like the art and enjoy that picture as much as me! Maybe next time I will manage to get something Fernando Alonso related made...

I have to apologise for not updating for a while! I was planning on doing the update as soon as I'd redone some of the galleries so that they're dynamically generated, but I never got around to it. Then last weekend the power connection on my laptop finally died (it's been repaired twice already) so I had to spend this weekend setting up my new laptop and kinda figured that I could do the update without the changes to the PHP because it's not important at all.

So, what have I added? Well, firstly I've created a section for my LJ Layouts as I decided last month that I wanted to share them with everyone. Secondly I've added a Downloads page which currently contains the texture I used on my last Gossip Girl wallpaper and the icon border brushes that I've used on some of my icons since June/July 2007.

Lastly, I've added an icon tutorial for the following icon:

I was hoping to make some new art this weekend, but, well, it seems it takes a long time to sort out a new computer!! Hopefully I'll be back with some new work soon though.
